Music manuscript book which is a collection of tunes from various sources. Many of the tunes, especially those with Scottish names, appear to be country dance tunes. Entries in Fleischmann's Sources of Irish traditional music show that some of the tunes were included in 18th century collections of country dance music or in operas. Accompanying some of the tunes are instructions for country dance steps.
